Luis Moreno: Lightweight Muscle!

"Thick muscled... Good conditioning... Lots of mass for the LW class... Impressive."

Moreno was runner up in his class earlier in the year at the USAs (below), and was also second at the Nationals last year... Is it now time for a win?
