Day 2: Eduardo Correa

The 5'7" 28 year old Brazilian, Eduardo Corrêa da Silva, had a spectacular 2009. After winning the light heavy class at 2008 Arnold Amateur (though he lost the overall to Tarek Elsetouhi, he then beat Tarek to the win at MD's Cyber Classic that same weekend), Eduardo spent 15 months getting ready for his IFBB pro debut at the Pittsburgh Pro in May, which he won hands down!

A couple of weeks after his pro debut he placed 4th at the New York Pro:

Eduardo guest posed in Suzoan, São Paulo at the Brazilian National Championships after the Olympia still looking large and in charge:

Going back to his first Olympia Eduardo earned 3rd in the 202, but many fans and even some commentators actually had him winning the show. With this type of showing in his first year competing as an IFBB pro, you can be sure we're going to see a lot of this man in the future!
